Some pages in your book are special, here's why...
The Table of Contents page
The toc.php file in your book's view directory contains some custom php code. This automatically generate a full page table of contents from the navigation array in sync with the dropdown navigation menu.
It is reccommended you do not edit this page view, if you do not wish to include it in your user guide simply remove the page from your nav array in the books config file.
